- I have paid for my item and have received my tracking number. What is the time line for deliveries?
Deliveries usually take
For METRO MANILA
5-7 working days AFTER PAYMENT has been acknowledged & the order has shipped
7-12 working days AFTER PAYMENT has been acknowledged & the order has been shipped
For International orders
Depending on the forwarder used, it usually takes 7 working days to get to your doorstep.
- My order has shipped but I still can't track it. How can I find out where it is?
Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please call 0915-9621023 firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com
- I received a notification with my tracking number, but it’s past the delivery timeline and I still have not received it. What should I do?
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can’t find it:
- Check to see if someone else accepted delivery on your behalf (Neighbor, Apartment, Office Reception, etc.).
- Go to the website of the courier / call the courier and give the tracking number we gave you. Delivery might have been attempted but most common delays are often caused by:
- no one to receive the item in your address
- courier could not locate the address
- weather constraints
- Wait until end of next day. Packages sometimes show delivered by the carrier if they are still on their way.
- What does "You may receive several shipments to complete your order." mean?
If you ordered several items to be delivered to one address, we try to send available items in one package.
Sometimes, the items you order come from different branches, so you may receive them in separate packages.
- I’m in a rush and want to receive my order ASAP. Is this possible?
We will try our best to accommodate your orders however possible, but keep in mind that we CANNOT guarantee that your order will reach you on time.

If you are near any of our outlets (link to retail outlets), you are more than welcome to pay us a visit so you can get your swimwear ASAP.
- How long will my reservations be held?
Your reservations will be held for as long as 24 hours before we let go of it as our styles move fast.
Please confirm payment within this period.
- Can I order online and pick up in the branch of my choice?
If the item is available in the branch you want to pick it up from, it is possible.
If the item is available in another branch, it becomes similar to having it delivered to your own door step, a minimal shipping fee is required to have it delivered to the branch of your choice.
- How can I change my order color/size/color?
Cancel the current order placed and place a new one online. Be sure to cancel your pending order before doing this because reservations might double.
