Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with Soak Swimwear! We want to make sure you are happy with your order. However if you are not, we can accommodate returns and exchanges of merchandise.
- Please cite a valid problem with the current product you received. (size too small, bottom too big, etc.)
- To make an exchange or receive store credit, inform us regarding your product concern within 10 working days of receipt. Sold items that have passed 10 working days cannot be accommodated for exchange.
- In order to receive proper credit for your return, please make sure all original tags and sanitary liners are still attached to the garment(s).
- Marked Down/Sale items may not be returned or exchanged. This is the last sale. Please be mindful of this policy when purchasing SALE items.
- We pay much attention to our product quality. In the unlikely event that you receive defective merchandise please contact us immediately and we will gladly replace the item or issue a full credit at our expense.
- For items what have been worn and used before they got damaged, please take a picture and email to firstname.lastname@example.org

Once we receive your email, we will check the availability of the item you want to exchange it for. You will receive an email of confirmation if it is available, and it will be reserved for you.
If the item of your choice is not available, we can give you store credit redeemable for the next 6 months.
Kindly send your previously made purchase back to us within 7 days so we can ship the product you have chosen for exchange. The Same shipping terms apply.
